A Pair of Meissen Porcelain Urns, ca 1830,
Urn form with scrolling gilt handles ending in masks above a graduated fluted base. Applied grapevine and leaf decoration over cobalt blue glaze ground with gilt decoration. Urns are in two parts joined by metal rods, blue under glaze 1815-1860 mark.
H: 14 1/2 W: 10 in.
Losses to gilt decoration. Firing imperfections. Urns are loose.
