A Victorian Brass Novelty Tape Measure, 19th Century,
Together with a pair of size 6 stork form W.H. Marley & Sons Sewing Scissors.

The tape measure is in the form of Mr. Punch. The cloth tape has measurements on both sides (one side is inches and the other is centimeters). Total length of cloth is 40 in. The winding mechanism works.

Tape Measure, H: 2 5/8 x L: 1 1/2 x W: 1 in.
Scissors, L: 3 1/2 in.
