American Chippendale Mahogany Armchair, 19th Century,
Having needlepoint upholstered seat and back and arms depicting male and female figures in 17th century dress, with carved outscrolled arms raised on relief carved bellflower front legs over pierced carved stretcher.
H: 40 1/2 W: 34 D: 34 in.
Condition
Restoration to both arms and stretcher. Chair has play in both arms.
