Brass Fender and Griffin Andirons, 19th/20th Century,
Victorian cast brass and lacquered brass fender; and a pair of silvered cast iron andirons with flame finials and spiral twist brass columns on winged griffin bases.
Fender dim: H: 5 1/2 x W: 41 x D: 14 in.
Two andiron dim: H: 35 1/8 in.
Fender corners have later solder reinforcement. One andiron base is broken. Wear, rust and tarnish on all commensurate with age and use.
Both andirons are without log supports.
Victorian cast brass and lacquered brass fender; and a pair of silvered cast iron andirons with flame finials and spiral twist brass columns on winged griffin bases.
