8vo. Half bound leather with marbled boards. Deckled edges. Raised spine with gilt title.

Vol. 1: 2 frontispiece plates, xv, 339 pp., with index.
Vol. 2: vi, 451 pp., with index to the two volumes.

Each volume is H: 9 1/2 x W: 6 1/4 x D: 1 1/4 in.

Condition

Poor. Vol. 1 front and rear boards detached. Leather is cracked, with losses on corners and spine. Extensive toning throughout. Covers of vol. 2 are rebound, with scuffs and bumps to panels and corners, with slight losses. Slight losses to front flyleaf.

Binder's inscription on vol. 2: "Zucker 12-7-1909."

Bookplates: "The Library Company of Philadelphia, purchased from James Cox, Artist."
