Meadow Bank Cottage has a small chip on the base at front; Wine Merchant has a small chip on the roof in back; Hogs Head Beer House has small chips to window frame on front and roof tiles on side; Craftsmens Cottages has a small chip to the roof on front, and the top of the tree in back has broken off; The Chapel has small chips to the roof on front and to the tree and roof on back; Tudor Manor House has chips to roof on front and back; Devoncombe has a small chip to the boat on front.

When you’re the winning bidder on an item from Gray’s Auctioneers, you have three options for claiming your new treasure: 1. You can schedule an appointment to pick it up at 10717 Detroit Avenue in Cleveland, Ohio. 2. You can utilize our in-house packing and shipping services. This may not be the least expensive option. However we are art and antiques handlers with decades of experience and expertise packing your pieces to ensure they reach their final destination safe and sound. 3. You can arrange for a third party service like UPS to pick up, pack, and ship your item. Two recommended UPS Stores are: store1308@theupsstore.com (440.333.4810); store1016@theupsstore.com (330-725-7033 press 9). 4. If you would like fine art craters or for blanket wrap shipping services, please contact Gray's.
