Eight Ceramic Cat Decorative Figures, 20th Century,
Comprising two Japanese Kutani sleeping cat, one Japanese Imari sleeping cat, one Fern Giorgi clay cat, a turquoise cat, a black cat, a black and white cat and one cat that is modeled after "Seated Cat" by the Emmanuel Frémiet.

The underside of the Imari sleeping cat is marked with kanji characters that translate to Imari. The "Seated Cat" replica is signed "C. Maxwell 1923." The clay cat is signed Fern Giorgi on its underside.

Largest Cat, H: 3 1/2 x L: 6 3/4 x W: 5 in. The "Seated Cat" replica has a crack and repair to its base and lower tail. The Imari sleeping cat has crazing throughout the body. The sleeping black and white cat has a crack going from its neck to lower front foot. The Japanese sleeping cats have lost to gilt decoration.
