Fifteen Japanese Imari Porcelain Plates, 19th Century
Set of 15 polychromed enamel in colors typical of the Imari style from the Meiji period with a landscape, consisting of a house within a fence surrounded by trees and a cherry blossom branch, a crane and a flying bird including gilded details.
Each dia: 7 1/2 in.
Estate condition with wear to gilding and enamel. Some rough edges and one plate seems to have a hairline crack under blue light.
