Condition

Poor. Front board detached. Spine, boards, corners, and edges bumped, scuffed, and rubbed with significant losses. Bookplate on front board removed. Ruled title has significant losses.

Ink inscriptions and annotations, likely from previous owner "Jam Vaughan," inscribed on title page. Likely Sir James Vaughan (1814-1906), magistrate at Bow Street Magistrates' Court.
