Gruen Veri-Thin Precision Pilot's Watch, 1943-
14K Gold Veri-Thin Precision watch made exclusively for Pan-American Pilots from 1943 until 1945 when the general public was permitted to buy them. Comes with a gold-tone strap and a ring marking military time as well as standard time.
