A Hans Wegner (Denmark, 1914- 2007) Papa Bear Chair & Ottoman,
Teak wing chair No.19 with original upholstery, having button tufted back over splayed legs with matching ottoman No. 29. Each with makers stamp and metal Danish Furniture Makers control plaques to underside of chair and ottoman.
Chair dimensions: H: 39 1/2 x W: 36 x D: 30 in.
Ottoman dimensions: H 16 1/2 x W: 27 1/2 x D: 14 1/2 in.
Newspaper Fine Article about Hans Wegner taped to underside of ottoman.
Sun bleaching to wood finish with surface scratches and wear. Upholstery has surface wear and dirt. Missing upper back cushion.
