La Triomphe 18kt yellow and white gold diamond and sapphire cocktail ring set with one round cut diamond approximately 0.15 carats, also set with twenty eight graduated round cut diamonds approximately 0.01-0.02 carats in size. Also set with six round cut sapphire stones, each approximately 0.08 carats each.
