Reproduction Red Earthenware Jar Mounted as Lamp, 20th Century,
Oval shape with applied handles and wooden base and top,
Lead-glazed with slip-trailed decorations of flowers and two spotted chickens, with "1787" painted above.
With pyramid- shaped rattan lamp shade, lined with satin on inside.
H: 26 1/2 W: 14 1/2 D: 14 1/2 in.
Lamp is in working condition, although the light bulb socket is loose. Right handle of earthenware jug has been broken and repaired with glue.
