Percussion Pistol and Powder Flask, 19th Century
Manufacture d'Armes de Maubeuge - M.A.M. French military Percussion Pistol Mle 1822 15mm and a Federal Eagle Copper powder flask, often associated with the Civil War, including Dram shot measure.
Gun dims: H: 10 x W: 5 x 2 in.
Pistol has dents, barrel has pitting and surface oxidation with worn makers marks. Inscription is barely legible. Ramrod, side rings and upper collar are missing. Copper flask has seam repairs, DRAM measure will not move due to dried polish. It is Dings are also present.
