A Persian Folding Games Table, 20th Century,
With elaborate parquetry inlay of exotic wood and mother of pearl throughout. Twist top opens to green inlay felt, with a backgammon inset with chess board top.
Open dimensions: H: 29 1/2 x W: 31 x D: 31 in.
Closed dimension: W: 15 in.
Surface scratches, sun bleaching, cracks to veneer. Top detached. Wear is consistent with age and use.
