iv, 93 pp., 10 chromolithographic plates (1 folding).

Condition

Poor. Spine separated from pages, nearly complete separation from front board. Corners, covers, and spine bumped, rubbed, and scuffed, with losses.

Bookplate: "John A. Davidson" on front pastedown.

Ink inscription on front flyleaf: "[illegible] Charles Bros., From the Author, 8 May 1844."
