Samuel Terry Mahogany Pillar and Scroll Mantel Clock, 19th c.,
Having painted wood dial with reverse painted and eglomise lower glass door depicting a naval engagement flanking a central oval ring of 8 gilt starts surrounding a pendulum window. Eight day works with winder key, pendulum and weights housed in a pillar and scroll mahogany veneer case with three brass finials raised on tubering cut out feet and apron.
H: 31 1/2 W: 17 1/4 D: 4 1/2 in.
Condition
Cracks, separations and losses to veneer. Not in working order.
