Stop Thru Traffic Cast Iron Sign With Base, Early To Mid 20th Century,
A free-standing oval-shaped single sided cast iron sign with the text: Stop Thru Traffic. With a pole and round base. Black letters on the yellow sign with a black painted base.
H: 59 1/2 W: 27 D: 18 in.
Proceeds to benefit the Summit County Humane Society and The American Cancer Society.
Base is not original to the sign. Areas of paint loss to both the front and reverse of the sign. Some restoration has been attempted. Pitting and discoloration, wear, grime and use commensurate with age. Gray’s Auctioneers shall have no responsibility for any errors or omissions.
