Having Favrile glass shade engraved L.C.T. Favrile, a bronze lamp base with impressed mark Tiffany Studios New York, 417.
Lamp Base: H: 15 1/2 x Dia: 5 in.
Shade: H: 4 5/8 x Dia: 7 in.
Minor chip to upper outside rim, pin head size "fleabite". Not original cord, light socket and switch. Counterbalance missing one screw. Original patination removed, scratches and dents to counterbalance ball. Inconsistent patina throughout.
