Type SM, Model A, serial number 1386; with mahogany case and mahogany Music Master S&V Makers, Thomas Edison Cygnet horn (Patent 1908). With slide in anodized reproducer and crank and one blue amberol Edison cylinder.
Includes an additional horn attachment (3/4 in diameter rubber tube on copper).
