Collection Of Antique Cast Iron Mortars And Pestles.
Eight cast iron mortars in various sizes, together with seven cast iron pestles. One pestle is marked DW.
Largest mortar: H: 9 1/8 x W: 10 1/2 in.
Largest pestle: H: 17 1/4 x W: 1 5/8 in.
Smallest mortar: H: 4 3/8 x W: 4 3/4 in.
Nicks and chips to some of the rims of mortars, overall grime and wear from age and use. All lots have imperfections or the effects of aging. Gray's Auctioneers shall have no responsibility for any errors or omissions.
