An English Rosewood and Brass Drafting Set, 19th century, presented as a prize for Success in Examination of Science Classes, 3rd Grade in Magnetism and Electricity, May 1866.
Housed in a rosewood and velvet lined box.
Comprising a six-inch boxwood protractor, a Stanley London boxwood metric ruler, seven brass tools, three wooden shapes, and two wooden pencils.
Measurements: H:1 1/2 x L:7 x D: 4 1/4 in.

Condition

Folding ruler missing one side, surface wear and scratches, missing key, loose wood on tray. All lots have imperfections or the effects of aging. Gray's Auctioneers shall have no responsibility for any errors or omissions.
