A Franz & Pope of Bucyrus, Ohio, cast-iron, wood and steel auto sock knitting machine with adjustable stand, instructions and gilded line and flourish decoration. With multiple patents from 1869-1872. Includes various parts in original wood crate with stenciled label.
Together with a large group of Franz & Pope advertising ephemera.
