Japanese THS Theodolite, 20th Century
Cast aluminum and demagnetized steel surveying theodolite with case and plumb bob. Model 7100, serial number 58787. 2 degrees 7 drift in compass from magnetic north as of 1/14/26.
H: 18 W: 10 D: 10 in.
Without a tripod. Components work. Dents and scratches commensurate with use. Record of several repairs in Columbus, GA, in the 1970s and 1980s.
