Bound in modern leather backed marbled boards, raised bands, decorative gilt panels. Red spine label, spine title gilt, green leather author label, author gilt, edges uncut deckled edges.
H: 8 3/4 W: 5 3/4 in.
With “Charles Boyton” in ink on front free endpaper (1820) and t.p. (1818).
Very good. Edges browned, some browning on front free endpapers of Vol. 1 and some offsetting of text in Vol. 2, some slight underlining on p. 210 of vol. 2.
