Model #682, having signed Favrile glass shade engraved L.C.T. Favrile, 5. The patinated bronze lamp base signed and numbered with impressed mark: Tiffany Studios New York 682.
Lamp: H: 56 x D: 11 1/2 in. Shade: H: 5 x W: 10 in.
